Today's introduction: The People behind FAAM~Kris

吳帥于2021年3月進(jìn)入了法阿姆的大家庭，擔(dān)任鋰電池結(jié)構(gòu)工程師一職，主要負(fù)責(zé)鋰電池PACK的研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)不同車型，工作環(huán)境，功能特性，為客戶量身定制各種電池結(jié)構(gòu)。在工作上一絲不茍，以“高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)要求”的態(tài)度交付每一臺(tái)電池，努力做好他力所能及的事情。

Kris entered theFAAMfamily in March 2021 as astructural engineerfor lithium battery,mainly responsible for the research and development design of lithium batteryPACK, according to different models, working environment, and functional characteristics, tailored to various battery structures for customers. He is meticulous in his work, delivers each lithium battery with a "high standard and strict requirements" attitude, and strives to do what he can.

生活中的吳帥陽(yáng)光開(kāi)朗，熱愛(ài)生活，喜歡運(yùn)動(dòng)，他認(rèn)為生活中適量的運(yùn)動(dòng)，可以放松身體、緩解疲勞，以便用更好的狀態(tài)投入到工作當(dāng)中。

In life, Kris is sunny and cheerful, loves life, and likessports. He believes that the right amount of sports in life canrelaxthe body andrelievefatigue, so that he can devote himself to work in a better state.

吳帥表示，進(jìn)入法阿姆中國(guó)以來(lái)，除了同事們工作的熱情外，給他印象最深刻的就是法阿姆和諧溫馨的氛圍，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會(huì)耐心傾聽(tīng)大家的想法，平和的提出自己的意見(jiàn)，大家都可以暢所欲言，集思廣益。他希望可以陪著法阿姆共同成長(zhǎng)，共同進(jìn)步。

Kris said that since enteringFAAM China, in addition to the enthusiasm of colleagues, what impressed him most was theharmonious and warmatmosphere of FAAM, where leaders would patiently listen to everyone's ideas and put forward their own opinions peacefully, everyone could speak freely and brainstorm ideas. He hopes to accompany FAAM togrow upand makeprogresstogether.
