2nd February 2026, Expat intern Daniel Korobko officially joined IMS Gear, embarking on a new chapter in his career. Early in the morning, HR colleagues welcomed his arrival. Both parties exchanged warm handshakes and took commemorative photos and presented with an onboarding gift pack.

隨后，同事陪同其領(lǐng)取工作服與安全鞋，確保符合生產(chǎn)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。緊接著，三場專業(yè)培訓(xùn)有序開展：HR部門系統(tǒng)介紹企業(yè)文化、規(guī)章制度及福利體系；IT完成賬號配置、設(shè)備調(diào)試及信息安全培訓(xùn)；EHS重點(diǎn)講解安全操作規(guī)程、應(yīng)急處理流程及防護(hù)裝備使用，通過案例分析強(qiáng)化安全意識。

Colleague then accompanied to collect his work uniforms and safety shoes, ensuring compliance with production safety standards. Immediately following, three specialized training sessions commenced in sequence: The HR department introduced a systematic overview of corporate culture, regulations, and the benefits system; The IT department completed account setup, equipment configuration, and information security training; The EHS department delivered focused instruction on safety operating procedures, emergency response protocols, and protective equipment usage, reinforcing safety awareness through case studies.

培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，指定的伙伴全程陪同參觀產(chǎn)線。從原料區(qū)到成品倉，伙伴詳細(xì)講解各環(huán)節(jié)工藝特點(diǎn)及安全注意事項(xiàng)，并引導(dǎo)其至所屬部門。部門同事早已等候，簡短介紹后即安排專屬導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行崗位帶教。

After training completed, his Buddy accompanied him throughout the production line tour. From the raw material area to the finished goods warehouse, his Buddy provided detailed explanations of the process characteristics and safety precautions at each stage, then guided him to his assigned department. Department colleagues were already waiting; after a brief introduction, a dedicated mentor was assigned to provide on-the-job training.
