2025年11月，億邁齒輪（太倉）有限公司與德國海外商會聯(lián)盟?大中華區(qū)組織了兩次德國團隊的參觀活動。

In November 2025, IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. and AHK Greater China organized two visits for German delegations.

11月20日，AHK團隊帶領(lǐng)著42位香港德國商業(yè)學(xué)院的老師和學(xué)生們參觀了億邁齒輪學(xué)徒中心。

On November 20^th, the AHK team led 42 teachers and students from German Business School Hong Kong on a tour of IMS Gear Apprenticeship Center.

公司兩位德國同事Nathalie Schneckenburger和Andreas Bauer也參加了此次活動，分別為這些學(xué)生介紹公司的產(chǎn)品、發(fā)展歷史及學(xué)徒制項目，也分享了一些在中國工作的經(jīng)歷。

Two of our German colleagues, Nathalie Schneckenburger and Andreas Bauer, also participated in the event. They introduced the company's products, development history, and apprenticeship programs to the students, while also sharing some of their experiences working in China.

學(xué)徒們熱情大方的與德國商學(xué)院的學(xué)生們進(jìn)行交流，分享自己的培訓(xùn)感受及培訓(xùn)項目，德國學(xué)生們充滿好奇，探索這里與他們的不同之處，積極的交流加深了他們對雙元制的理解。

IMS Gear apprentices enthusiastically interacted with the German business school students, sharing their training experiences and program insights. The German students explored the differences between the systems here and in Germany with great curiosity, and the active exchange deepened their understanding of the dual system.

11月27日，德國不來梅政府教育部門及三所學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組成了專家團隊一同參觀億邁齒輪學(xué)徒中心。

On November 27^th, an expert delegation comprising officials from the education department of Bremen government and leaders from three schools visited IMS Gear Apprenticeship Center. 

億邁齒輪副總裁蔡宇先生向來訪團隊表達(dá)熱烈歡迎，并向這些德國專家們介紹了億邁齒輪公司及學(xué)徒制項目的發(fā)展背景，隨后由學(xué)徒中心經(jīng)理馬介宏帶領(lǐng)參觀培訓(xùn)車間，分享學(xué)徒中心的培訓(xùn)計劃、培訓(xùn)項目及學(xué)徒作品。

Mr. Rain Cai, Vice President of IMS Gear, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and introduced the development background of IMS Gear and its apprenticeship program to the German experts. Subsequently, Mr. Jame Ma, Manager of the Apprenticeship Center, led the group on a tour of the training workshop, sharing details about the center's training plans, programs, and apprentices' work.

在兩次參觀活動后，到訪的各方代表均對億邁齒輪學(xué)徒中心給予了高度評價和充分認(rèn)可。這兩次參觀所收獲的積極反饋，既是對億邁齒輪學(xué)徒中心培訓(xùn)工作的肯定，也為未來持續(xù)優(yōu)化提供了強大的動力。

Following both visits, representatives from all participating organizations expressed high praise and full recognition for IMS Gear Apprenticeship Center. The positive feedback received from these visits not only affirms the center's training efforts but also provides strong motivation for its continuous optimization.
